Move-In/Move-Out

come to office to pay move in amount, sign the lease, and pick up keys. At lease signing/key pick up move in package is reviewed with the prospective resident

30 day notice is required and a signed Notice to Vacate form with forwarding address and move out date submited to office

after the move out and all charges are assessed the deposit accounting is executed and submitted to accounting. Security deposit refund if applicable is sent.
