Move-In/Move-Out

30 day notice is required and a signed Notice to Vacate form with forwarding address and move out date submited to office

the 34 bus runs on Washington Street which is 100 yards from the apartment complex. It goes to the Orange line and to Dedham Mall, Legacy Place, and Walpole.

Beethoven School is next door, Greek Market is two miles away on Washington Street. Restaurants and other grocery stores are 15 min drive

No subletting. You can break your lease subject to a break lease fee, 25% of what is left on the lease or 1 month's rent, whichever is greater
